Using Filters

Learn how to use filters in the Dashboard to view the data you need. Filters allow you to focus on specific time periods, templates, departments, teams, employees, or categories - helping you analyze feedback, actions, and engagement results.

🔍Focus on what Matters

Filters transform your Dashboard from a general overview into a powerful analytical tool. By narrowing down data to specific teams, time periods, or templates, you can uncover insights that might otherwise be hidden in the noise.

Whether you're tracking quarterly progress, comparing department performance, or analyzing individual contributions, filters help you see exactly what you need - when you need it.

🧭Where to Find Filters

  1. Go to Reporting → Dashboard from the main menu.

  2. The filter options are located at the top of the Dashboard page.


✨ Available Filters

You can filter the Dashboard data using the following categories:

  • Date Range: Choose a specific period or select a predefined time range.

  • Template Type: Filter results by the feedback template used.

  • Department: Focus on data from a specific department.

  • Team: Display results for a specific team.

  • Employee: View data related to an individual employee.

  • Category: Filter by specific categories defined within your organization.

Each of these filters can be applied for the general Dashboard view or specifically for Feedbacks, Actions, and Engagement data.

⚙️How to Apply and Manage Filters

  1. Click on the filter type you want to apply (e.g., Date Range, Template Type).

  2. For the Date Range filter:

  • Either select specific start and end dates, or

  • Choose from the suggested time ranges.

3. For all other filters:

  • Click the dropdown list and select one or more options.

  • The charts and statistics will automatically update to reflect your selection.

4. To clear a single filter, click the ❌ (cross) icon next to the filter name.

5. To clear all filters at once, click the "Reset Filters" button in the top-right corner.


📊Viewing Results

After applying filters:

  • All charts, graphs, and statistics in the Dashboard update automatically.

  • The data displayed corresponds to your selected filters, giving you a targeted overview of feedback, actions, and engagement.

💡 Tip: Use filters strategically to focus on specific time periods, teams, or categories. This helps you quickly identify trends, measure participation, and track engagement progress across different groups.
