Feedback Analysis - Creating Comparisons

Learn how to compare completed feedback across different people and templates. This feature allows users to analyze answers to questions within a feedback template and compare results for multiple people, either on a summary or individual question level.

📊Uncover Insights Through Comparison

Feedback becomes even more powerful when you can see it in context. The Comparison Tool lets you place feedback side by side, revealing patterns, highlighting differences, and identifying opportunities for growth across your organization.

Whether you're evaluating team dynamics, tracking leadership development, or understanding how different groups experience similar situations, comparisons turn individual data points into meaningful insights.

🧭Accessing the Comparison Tool

  1. Go to Reporting Feedback Analysis from the main menu.

  2. Only HR and Admin users can access this page.


Creating a Comparison

  1. On the Feedback Analysis page, click "Select a feedback template".

  2. Select the feedback template you want to use for the comparison

  3. A new tab will open with the name of the selected template.

  4. Under this tab, choose the feedback receivers you want to compare, by clicking on "Select multiple subjects" and pick the individuals.


📊Viewing and Using Comparison Results

  • The system will then display a side-by-side comparison of the selected people's feedback answers.

  • For each answer you decide whether to compare:

Summary : compare overall results and statistics for the selected people.

Individual: compare the detailed responses for each selected person.

💡Tips:

  • Use summary level comparisons to get a quick overview of trends across different selected people.

  • Use individual level comparisons to investigate specific answers and differences in feedback.

  • Select only relevant templates and questions to keep comparisons clear and focused.
