βœ…After the Evaluation

The most valuable part of any evaluation is the insights and recommendations that emerge from it. That's why evaluate worx makes report writing structured, collaborative, and efficient.

With evaluate worx, you can review ratings from all evaluators, reach consensus on final scores, and write detailed reports using your collected notes as evidence. Whether you're highlighting strengths, identifying development areas, or preparing for feedback conversations, the platform guides you through creating professional, actionable reports that truly help talents grow.

How it works:

Collaborate with other evaluators to agree on final competency ratings. Write comprehensive reports that include specific evidence from your observations and practical development recommendations. Preview and review the complete report before freezing and releasing it to the client. Prepare for debrief sessions and print documents as needed.

🎯 Consolidating Final Ratings

After all exercises are complete and you've rated competencies in each observation sheet, you'll work with other evaluator(s) to agree on final ratings for each competency.

Agree on Final Ratings

The Final Ratings section shows all evaluators' ratings and allows you to reach consensus.

How to finalize competency ratings:

  1. Click on Evaluate in the left menu.

  2. Click on Final Ratings.

  3. You'll see :
    - All competencies assessed in the evaluation
    - Average ratings for each competency from each evaluator
    - A calculated average rating across all evaluators

  4. Review the ratings and discuss with other evaluators if needed.

  5. Select the final rating for each competency:
    - This may be the calculated average
    - Or a consensus rating agreed upon by the evaluation team

  6. Save the final ratings.

πŸ’‘ Tip: When ratings differ significantly between evaluators, discuss specific examples and evidence before finalizing. Different perspectives can lead to more accurate evaluations.
