The main menu is located on the left of the screen, just below the Develop worx. logo. It is divided into several areas that give you quick access to everything you need - from your personal development to reporting and administration tools.

The table below gives you an overview of each section and what it allows you to do.

Overview

Get a snapshot of your activity: feedbacks given and received, as well as open actions. You can also request or provide feedback from here directly.

Continuous Feedback

Request, provide, and view feedback. See the progress and status of feedbacks given to you or to others.

360° Feedback

Start a new 360° feedback process, view processes where you are the focus person, and track feedbacks you are providing to others.

Actions

Track and manage all assigned actions and follow-up measures created from feedbacks.
