The main menu is located on the left of the screen, just below the Develop worx. logo. It is divided into several areas that give you quick access to everything you need - from your personal development to reporting and administration tools.
The table below gives you an overview of each section and what it allows you to do.
Section | Description |
My Development | Your personal workspace where you can manage your development, feedbacks and actions. |
Overview | Get a snapshot of your activity: feedbacks given and received, as well as open actions. You can also request or provide feedback from here directly. |
Continuous Feedback | Request, provide, and view feedback. See the progress and status of feedbacks given to you or to others. |
360° Feedback | Start a new 360° feedback process, view processes where you are the focus person, and track feedbacks you are providing to others. |
Actions | Track and manage all assigned actions and follow-up measures created from feedbacks. |
Overview(visibility depends on your role) | Access global overviews of employees, feedbacks, and actions across the organization. |
All Employees
| View and search all employees and external collaborators. Filter by title, department, or team, and give direct feedback. |
All Continuous Feedbacks
| See all feedbacks in the platform. Filter results by status, due date, or other criteria. |
All 360° Feedbacks | See all 360° feedback processes in the platform. Filter results by status, due date, template, department, team, or other criteria. |
All Actions
| View and filter all actions created in Develop worx. to monitor progress, responsible persons, and due dates. |
Reporting(visibility depends on your role) | Analyze platform data through dashboards and feedback analyses. |
Dashboard
| Access key statistics about feedbacks, actions, and engagement. |
Feedback Analysis
| Compare feedback results across templates or between individuals to identify trends and insights. |
Administration(visibility depends on your role) | Manage configurations, permissions, and system activities. |
Competency Models | Create and manage 360° competency frameworks used across feedback templates. |
Templates and Content | Create and publish new feedback templates and action categories and visualize the existing ones. |
Configuration | Review feedback and action template statuses, configure access permissions, and adjust tenant settings. |
Activity Log
| View all data changes and system activities across the organization. Track who made changed, when they occurred, and what was modified. |
