My Development ๐ชด: Share your perspective. Help others grow.
Your feedback helps others develop. Sharing your perspective with honesty and care builds trust, strengthens collaboration, and supports a culture of continuous learning.
Offer feedback that is specific, balanced, and forward-looking. Focus on observations rather than judgments and highlight both strengths and opportunities for growth. Every piece of feedback is a chance to help someone thrive.
How it works:
You can provide feedback when invited by someone or give direct feedback at any time.
๐ซ Feedback on Request
You may receive an invitation to provide feedback - either via email or directly in the worx. platform.
๐ฉ Via Email
Open the email invitation and click the link to access the feedback form.
If required, sign in.
You will be directed straight to the feedback form.
Complete all required fields โ only fields marked (optional) can be left blank.
Click Save if you want to store your progress and continue later.
Saving keeps your input but does not submit the feedback.
Continue by going to Feedback โ Feedback to Others and clicking โฉ๏ธ (Continue Feedback) under Actions.
Once all required fields are completed, click Submit Feedback to send it.
Click Back to return to your feedback overview.
NOTE โ ๏ธ: After submission, no further changes can be made.
๐ป Via worx. Platform
You can also complete feedback directly within the platform.
Go to Feedback โ Feedback to Others.
You will see a list of all open and completed feedbacks.
Accept the request by clicking โ (Accept) or decline it by clicking โ (Decline).
If you have accepted the request, click โถ๏ธ (Start Feedback) under Actions to begin.
Then continue as described above under Via Email, starting from step 3.
๐ฅ Give Direct Feedback
You can also share feedback with a colleague without being requested - a great way to foster open dialogue and continuous learning.
Go to All Employees.
Search for the person you want to give feedback to.
Click ๐ (View).
In the Details tab, click Give Direct Feedback (upper-right corner).
Select a template - this defines the questions that will be asked in the feedback.
Set a due date (may be required, optional, or unavailable depending on your organizationโs settings).
Choose any future date and optionally set a time.
If no time is set, the default is 00:00.
Add a location (if required or available).
Click Create Feedback.
You will then be taken to the feedback form where you can enter your feedback.
Continue as described above under Via Email, starting from step 3.
Once submitted, the feedback receiver will be notified and may be asked to complete a self-evaluation.
๐ View Feedback You Have Given
Each feedback process in worx. shows a status icon to indicate its progress:
โถ๏ธ Not started โ The feedback has not yet been opened.
โฉ In progress โ The feedback form is being filled out.
๐ Completed โ The feedback has been submitted and can be viewed.
How to view your feedbacks
Go to Feedback โ Feedbacks to others. You will see all feedbacks you have created, provided, or that are still open.
For open feedbacks, you can still edit or complete them (if not yet submitted).
For submitted feedbacks, you can view ๐ the content but not make changes.
You can always create or view actions related to that feedback.
