Receiving feedback is one of the most effective ways to accelerate your growth. It helps you understand how others experience your strengths and your impact - and where there’s room to evolve.

By comparing your self-perception with others’ perspectives, you can uncover blind spots, build on what already works, and turn insights into meaningful actions.

Ask for feedback regularly, stay curious, and focus on patterns rather than perfection. Growth happens step by step - with every reflection and every conversation.


How it works:

You can get feedback by inviting someone or get direct feedback.

Steps to Get Feedback:

2️⃣ Complete a self-evaluation

3️⃣ View the feedback


✨ Request a Feedback

You can request feedback from the Home page or directly from the Feedback section by clicking ➕ Create Request.

  1. Select a template (required)

    • Each template defines the questions that will guide your feedback conversation.

  2. Choose your feedback providers (required)

    • Start typing a name to search.

    • You can invite one or several people.

  3. Set a due date (may be required, optional, or not available depending on your organization’s settings)

    • Choose any future date and optionally define a time.

    • If no time is set, the default is 00:00.

  4. Add a location (may be required, optional, or not available depending on settings)

  5. Click Next to continue.

  6. Review your selections: template, feedback providers, due date, and location.

    • To make changes, click Previous before submitting.

  7. Click Submit Request.

Once submitted, your feedback providers will automatically receive a notification inviting them to share their perspective.


❌ Cancel a Feedback Request

Plans change - and that’s okay. You can cancel a feedback request as long as it has not yet been started (before either your self-evaluation or the feedback from others has been submitted).

How to cancel a feedback request

  1. Go to Feedback → Feedbacks to Me.

  2. Under Status (Me), click the ❌ Cancel icon.

  3. Optionally, enter a reason for the cancellation.

  4. Click Confirm Cancellation.

The request will be cancelled, and all feedback providers will be notified automatically.

NOTE ⚠️: Once cancelled, the request cannot be restored.


🧭 Complete Your Self-Evaluation

To view the feedback provided to you by others, you must first complete your self-evaluation.

Steps to complete your self-evaluation

  1. Go to Feedback → Feedbacks to Me.

  2. Find your open self-evaluations and click the ▶️ (Play icon) under Status (Me) to start. You will be directed straight to the feedback form.

  3. Complete all required fields - only fields marked (optional) can be left blank.

  4. Click Save if you want to store your progress and return later.

    • Saving keeps your input but does not submit the feedback.

    • Continue by going to Feedback → Feedback to Others and clicking ⏩️ (Continue Feedback) under Actions.

  5. Once all required fields are completed, click Submit Feedback to send it.

  6. Click Back to return to your feedback overview.

NOTE ⚠️: After submission, no further changes can be made.


👁 View Feedback You Received

Each feedback process in worx. shows a status icon to indicate its current progress:

  • ▶️ Not started – The feedback has not yet been opened.

  • In progress – The feedback form is being filled out.

  • 👁 Completed – The feedback has been submitted and can be viewed.

How to view received feedback

  1. Go to Feedback → Feedbacks to Me to see an overview of all feedback requests and your self-evaluations.

  2. After completing your self-evaluation, you can review your own responses under Status (Me) by clicking 👁 (View) and define related actions.

  3. Once both your self-evaluation and the feedback from your providers are completed, you can view the full feedback under Status (Feedback Providers) by clicking 👁 (View). Here, you can also create and manage actions based on your feedback.
