The evaluate worx interface is organized to be intuitive and efficient. Everything you need is structured in a clear menu that puts the most important tools just a few clicks away.
๐Main menu
The menu is located on the left side of the screen, just below the assess work logo. It is divided into several areas that give you quick access to everything you need.
The table below gives you an overview of each section and what it allows you to do.
Section | Description |
Dashboard | Choose your role as Content Manager or Evaluator and access your personalized overview. |
Products | Manage evaluations and orders. |
Evaluations | View, search, and manage all existing evaluations. Create new evaluations. |
Orders | View and manage any evaluations that have been ordered. |
Admin | Manage configurations, users and organizations. |
Users | See all users in the system, search for specific users, and create new user accounts. |
Organizations | View, search, and manage organizations. Create new organizations. |
Settings | Get access to exercises and rating scales and create new ones. |
Exercises | Browse all available exercises, search, and create new exercise templates. |
Rating Scales | Manage and customize rating scales used in evaluations. |
Super User(visibility depends on your role) | Get access to advanced administrative functions. |
Competency Framework | Visualize the competency framework of your organization. |
๐ Understanding Your Role
evaluate worx adapts to different roles, giving each user the right tools and access for their needs. Your role determines what you can see and do in the platform.
Here is a list of the available roles:
Role | What you can do |
Talent | Access assigned assessments, complete preparation exercises, and participate in evaluation activities. No access to backend management. |
Content Manager | Create and manage evaluations, organizations, users, exercises, rating scales, and all assessment content. Full administrative access. |
Evaluator | Access assigned evaluations, observe and evaluate talents during evaluations, take notes, and write assessment reports. |
Super User | Advanced administrative functions (available to limited users only). |
How to switch between roles:
If you have multiple roles (such as Content Manager and Evaluator), you can easily switch between them:
Click on the tab in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Select your desired role:
- Content Manager: to manage content and create evaluations
- Evaluator: to evaluate talentsYou'll be then directed to the corresponding interface.
OR
1. Click on Dashboard at the top of the menu.
2. Choose your role from the dashboard view.
Your interface will update to show the features and tools relevant to your selected role.
