Provide Feedback in a 360° Feedback Process

Learn how to provide feedback when invited as part of a 360° process - either via email or directly in the platform.


How it works:

You can provide 360° feedback when invited as part of a feedback process. You will be notified by email or directly in the Develop worx. platform.

📩 Via Email

  1. Open the email invitation and click the link to access the feedback form.

  2. If required, sign in.

    • If you are a one-time user, you don't have to sign in as your link is a "magic link".

  3. You will be directed straight to the feedback form.

  4. Complete all required fields — fields marked optional can be left blank.

  5. Click Save if you want to store your progress and return later.

    • Saving keeps your input but does not submit the feedback.

  6. Once all required fields are completed, click Submit Feedback to send it.

    • If you forgot to answer a required field, it gets highlighted so you know directly which one it is.

  7. Click Back to return to your feedback overview.

    • If you are invited as a one-time user, you don't have access to the feedback overview.

    • If you like to continue later as one-time user, click Save, close the browser tab and get access again by clicking the link in the email.

⚠️ NOTE: After submission, no further changes can be made.

💻 Via Develop worx. Platform

  1. Go to 360° Feedback under My Development.

  2. Click the tab 360° Feedbacks to others.

  3. You will see a list of all open and completed 360° feedback processes you are involved in as a provider.

  4. Accept the request by clicking ✅ (Accept) or decline it by clicking ❌ (Decline).

  5. If you have accepted the request, click ▶️ (Start Feedback) under Actions to begin.

  6. Then continue as described above under Via Email, starting from step 3.
