How it works:
A 360° feedback process can either be started by
HR on behalf of a focus person (i.e., feedback receiver) or
a focus person themself
This depends on HR's preferences.
A 360° feedback process involves a template with defined competencies and questions which are answered by the focus person(s) as well as multiple feedback provider groups (e.g., Manager, Peers, Team etc.). The process has defined phases (i.e., nomination, evaluation, buffer) and an end date.
1) Start a 360° feedback process as HR
Go to
360° FeedbackunderMy Developmentin the left menu.Click the button

This defines the questions that will guide the feedback process.
This defines which feedback provider groups are assigned.
Select a Start date.
Click
Next.If you want, you can already select some feedback providers (e.g., manager) for the focus person by typing a name or email address.
Click
Add additional feedback providers to the systemto add further feedback providers.→ You can select only some or no feedback providers as it's mainly the focus person's task to think of and to add them.
Click

Submit Request.By submitting the request, the focus person immediately gets an invitation email to add their feedback providers and fill out their self-perception.
⚠️ Note: Once the request is submitted, the feedback providers will automatically receive an email inviting them to share their perspective - on the Start date that was defined by HR (you can check it in the summary).
2) Let a focus person start a 360° feedback process
When setting up the timleline of a 360° template, deactivate the following toggle.
This ensures that the focus person themself can start a 360° feedback process with this template
Requires that the template is published
