Each process displays the following information:

  • Created - the date the process was initiated.

  • Template - the feedback template used.

  • Self-Perception - your personal status in the process (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed).

  • Min. Invitations - shows per group whether the anonymity threshold has been Met or is Below the required minimum.

  • Min. Others' Perception - shows how many feedback providers in each group have completed their feedback.

  • Current Phase - shows in which phase the process currently is (not started, nomination, evaluation, buffer, completed)

💡 Tip: Pay attention to the Min. Others' Perception indicators. If a group is red (e.g. 2/3) it means not enough responses have been collected yet to protect individual anonymity. Results for that group may not be visible until the threshold (at least 3 persons) is met.
