Monitor 360° Feedback Processes

Learn how to monitor your 360° feedback process.


Once HR started a 360° feedback for a focus person or a focus person started one for themself, HR can monitor it under OverviewAll 360° Feedbacks. On this page, HR sees all the 360° processes.

Each process displays the following information:

  • Created - the date the process was initiated.

  • Template - the feedback template used.

  • Initiated by - shows if the 360° feedback process was initiated by HR or focus person

  • Focus person - shows which person gets feedback

  • Min. Invitations - shows per group whether the anonymity threshold has been Met or is Below the required minimum.

  • Feedback Providers - shows how many feedback providers in each group have completed their feedback.

  • Current Phase - shows in which phase the process currently is (upcoming, nomination, evaluation, buffer, completed)

  • End of Current Phase - indicates the end of the phase the process is currently in.

  • Actions - available actions

    • ✏️ - Edit feedback providers (only in nomination phase)

    • Open detailssee below

💡 Tip: Pay attention to the Feedback Providers indicators. If a group is red, it means not enough responses have been collected yet to protect individual anonymity.

If you click Open details, the following page appears:

Section: Evaluation Phase Extension

  • Either HR or the focus person can request an extension.

  • This option is only shown if a buffer phase was predefined in the respective 360° feedback template.

  • The duration of a buffer phase is also predefined in the template.

Section: Feedback Providers

  • The left chart shows how many feedback providers already completed the process

  • The right side shows the following information:

    • Anonymity risk → tells you how many groups are currently below the threshold

    • Report blocked → the report is not ready to be generated based on the current submissions

    • HR acknowledgement required → HR needs to merge groups below anonymity to be able to release the report

Section: Timeline

  • This section shows the end dates of the respective phases, the remaining process time, and the last submission of a feedback provider.

Section: Feedback provided by group

  • This section shows which feedback provider(s) already have provided feedback.

  • It also shows if the anonymity threshold of the respective groups is below or met.

  • HR can either remind a single pending feedback provider, a whole pending feedback provider group or all pending feedback providers.
